IPad Pro 12.9 3rd gen

just updated to OS 16.2

I’ve been moving projects from one vector app to Designer 2; export as svg and import to Designer 2

Ive been doing this without a hitch before updating to 16.2 but now it crashes every time, even after restarting the iPad.

Also, a majority of projects in Designer 2 cannot be opened. It appears to be, I can open a few apps I opened in the last few days but not in the last few weeks.

Hey @Jack Fancy apologies on the delayed reply,

Could you advise if you're still having issues with this as of the latest app update (2.0.4)?

If you're still having issues with this, it would be beneficial if you could provide us with a few sample .SVG files which are causing the app to crash upon import. I can provide a private upload link if needed.

Many thanks

No worries,

It’s still crashing.

But my biggest problem is that many documents that I imported from Ver.1 to Ver.2 that are live documents can’t be saved or opened.

Could you upload an SVG file with this issue, along with a few of your V1 documents (if they're still available outside of live docs) that you're having this issue with so I can investigate further?
