I am new to Designer but, after watching tutorials on using it, I was trying to use the cornering tool and found that I am not given any of the other options for using the tool (corner types). I found--right before posting this--that if I use it, it rounds the edges but I can then undo it and use the corner type I want after that on all corners. I am guessing that this is not how it is supposed to work based on watching other tutorials for V1 but any insight would be appreciated! I wouldn't be surprised if I am doing something wrong either. Thanks!

Welcome to the forums @JDappa

You need to convert the Rectangle Shape to Curves for those options to be available.

Figures it was user error.

Here is a preemptive tip. If it is not working on a curve, check to be sure the node is not actually two coincident nodes (on top of each other) and not actually a closed curve.

Mac Pro (Late 2013) Mac OS 12.7.6
Affinity Designer 2.6.0 | Affinity Photo 2.6.0 | Affinity Publisher 2.6.0 | Beta versions as they appear.

I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.
