MHComer Posted December 17, 2022 Posted December 17, 2022 Not always but regularly, Affinity Phone fails to wake up when the Macbook wakes up. I see the spinning beachball of death but then the beachball will stop spinning (it doesn't go away). If I move the cursor, the ball will start spinning again then quickly stops. The only way to fix the problem is to kill the app. App uses about 2% of the CPU. Affinity Photo 2 M1 Macbook Pro 16G Ventura 13.0.1 Quote
Staff Chris B Posted January 12, 2023 Staff Posted January 12, 2023 Hey MHComer, Do you know if the Macbook loses internet connection when it is asleep? We have a report already logged similar to this but we've never been able to reproduce it. Quote How to format a bug report | Learning Resources | List of V2 FAQs | YouTube Tutorials

I replied to it yesterday because I've experienced this, too. I haven't seen it in a while because I try to never leave a document open - it seems to happen only with an open document, not just with the app open. I've had periods of lots of ~1-2 minute internet outages off and on over the past year but I couldn't tell you if there was an outage while I had a document open.
