ALarochelle
Is there a quick way to make x lines that is across objects disappear like we can with the Guides. It would be Ideal if it would appear and disappear with the guides. A function that I used to love in InDesign is the icons under the left tool bar that switch the view option. One icon would show the working view with all the guides, text box and shapes. The other one is a preview of the way it would print, no guides no text box or invisible shapes etc. If there is a keyboard shortcut for that I would like to know it. Thanks for your help and great software
firstdefence
Because you have referenced Indesign I'll assume you are talking about Affinity Publisher. There is an icon on the top menu that will give you the preview, it looks like this The keyboard shortcut for this is Ctrl + W on Mac, not sure if it's the same on Windows. I am a retired graphic designer that used InDesign and Photoshop for many years. I now do some voluntary work for charity organisation and need to learn the Affinity suite more in detail. .
