debraspicher
I wasn't sure if this was normal or if it was something on my machine causing it, but this issue is present in V1 & V2 beta. Pixel mode displays jaggies and does not represent 100%. PNG Export looks the way it should. I attached a recording trying out different DPI+zoom combos to show the results. I suspect it may be helpful for determining the cause. FYI: The issue is present in Publisher Designer Persona as well.Video has sound. 121213_V2_pixel-mode-is-not-pixel-mode-above-150p-dpi-windows-10.mp4 Siro and NotMyFault 2 Quote Microsoft Windows 10 Home (Build 19045) AMD Ryzen 7 5800X @ 3.8Ghz (-30 all core +200mhz PBO); Mobo: Asus X470 Prime Pro 32GB DDR4 (3600Mhz) EVGA NVIDIA GeForce GTX 3080 X3C Ultra 12GB Monitor 1 4K @ 125% due to a bug Monitor 2 4K @ 150% Monitor 3 (as needed) 1080p @ 100% WACOM Intuos4 Large; X-rite i1Display Pro; NIKON D5600 DSLR
debraspicher
Changed from NVIDIA 3080 to AMD 5600XT and can confirm this issue still happens. The only difference is Retena does "jag out" @ 300% at 150% DPI scale in Windows 10, whereas with the 3080 it would not occur until 500%. However, it is smooth again @ 400%, and then jaggy again @ 500%.... it doesn't draw consistently with zoom levels until >= 500%...Everything behaves as expected when Windows 10 DPI is 100%/125%. Staff NathanC Posted January 19 Staff Share Posted January 19 Hi @debraspicher, Many thanks for providing this level of detail, I've been able to replicate the issue with both pixel view modes and it has now been logged with the developers. 🙂 debraspicher
