Crash when adding chapter to book

I've repeated these exact steps six times with identical results. I've attached crash reports and a screen recording.

1. Start Publisher 2.0.3 beta
2. Create a Book
3. Create a document
4. Draw a rectangle
5. Save as Untitled to Downloads (this is the local folder, not iCloud)
6. Add Chapter - select Untitled and it crashes on open
