How To Add Pixel Brush Sets? (Designer V1)

Use account on Home Screen and log in to store. Then download brush pack. It will automatically install.🙂

Got it cheers - I was looking on the Home Screen but didn't think of clicking on the little icon on the top right taking me to that page which I remember seeing before

Managed to download some other brushes from the website and import those but couldn't see these dust brushes - got them now - thanks DM1 you saved my life!

As you're talking about Designer 2 on iPad, the account icon is on the lower left of the Home Screen, not the top right. Top right of the screen (or Top of the File > New dialog) would be for Designer 2 on Desktop.
