Affinity Publisher 2 failing to export

Recommended Posts

I am trying to export a file as a PDF, but Af Pub2 is failing to load a preview on the export window, and it will not export. There is no error code, it just does not create a PDF, so I'm not sure what this issue is. It will not export as any other file either, only .afpub.

This is for a school assignment, so if anyone knows how to fix this, your help is greatly appreciated.

This is an odd one - if I try to export this document APub crashes instantly.

Same for me on my Mac.

In Windows, Export All Pages - nothings. Export pages 1-10 - OK.

No crash, no response at all, or what?

As write Maddie "There is no error code, it just does not create a PDF".
I'll just add - the progressbar doesn't even appear.

@Maddie.gee

Sorry for the delay in replying. You may have spotted this already but your attach file has been looked at by the team and spotted this

If you go to the section manager, you’ll find that there’s one section (in this document) and this is marked to not be included on export. This means that nothing should export, regardless of whether you are set to all spreads or all pages (although selection should still work). If you tick "include on export" and then try an export, it works.
