headhacker Posted December 10, 2022 Posted December 10, 2022 Hello, The batch function is completely non-functional. I've added files, selected options. The OK button is greyed out and no option makes it active. The only thing I want to do here is convert some PNGs to JPG. Also tried "Authorize ..." and it does not help. Side note: the custom macros that I had available in v1 were lost. This seems to be a pervasive problem with minor customizations. Thanks for any help.
walt.farrell Posted December 10, 2022 Posted December 10, 2022 There are other reports of a problem with the macro list in batch jobs. To get it to work at all, try either: 1. Choosing a different output directory. Or 2. Click on a macro in the macro list. You don't need to Apply it, just click on one of them. -- Walt Designer, Photo, and Publisher V1 and V2 at latest retail and beta releases PC: Desktop: Windows 11 Pro 23H2, 64GB memory, AMD Ryzen 9 5900 12-Core @ 3.00 GHz, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 Laptop 1: Windows 11 Pro 24H2, 32GB memory, Intel Core i7-10750H @ 2.60GHz, Intel UHD Graphics Comet Lake GT2 and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Laptop GPU.
