The filters are recognized, the correct layer is selected, the image is rasterized and has an image depth of 16 bits. The RAW file once developed and in the Photo Persona, I duplicated it, then rasterized the duplicated layer. NIK filters opened fine. Have you tried Restarting AP, and/or your system?
