Nope. Nothing works. That's the problem.

Sometimes one or both stock sites simply don't work for some users.

What OS do you use, Brandon? Do you have any firewalls active that might prevent the access?

I am connected to the internet. Have tried everything that I could think of get past the T&C's. Even tried downloading affinity collection on my desktop and still had the same issue which leads me to believe that the problem isnt with my OS or firewall as the laptop and desktop are running different versions of both

After you type in your search phrase, did you tap the Return or Enter key to start the search?

@brandon_phillips I did the same thing as you. It did load for me. There's no "enter" or "OK" button (bad UX, imo). It's just as you showed, except, in my case it loaded results. So I wonder, if this might be a firewall issue? Does your My Account (top right) area load content, etc fine into the program?

The irony is, if I unclick the accept TOS, etc, it still works... lol
Works on both Pexels and pixabay... but I do not have the vector checkbox like you do...

Only Pixabay has the vector search option.

This is where UX would've been key. Hey, I didn't load the window because... "Could not connect" "Didn't feel like it", etc. Versus circle of endless support requests.

As I understand it, the UI is provided by APIs from the stock sites so there may be nothing Serif can do to change how it works.

API should return a result and if it doesn't, that can be handled in code. Also, the momentary circle suggests it was handled or an error was returned. Otherwise, why show the circle at all?...

Typically, I would expect connection issues to be handled by the OS, not the app...

Ignore that. The explanation is more complicated but I cannot find a reference to it now, so maybe one of the staff can say more about how this works.
