ian Russell Posted December 6, 2022 Share Posted December 6, 2022 I'm new to Affinity and have just downloaded it onto my windows computer. Running Windows 10. When I start Publisher and get the screen to set up the page, when i click on create that screen and i'm left with a black screen. I suspect it will be easier for others to help diagnose if we can see exactly what you are seeing. However, it is possible you're having interference from a 3rd-party app, such as nVidia Surround. I'm not sure. Did you read the FAQ information I linked to earlier in this discussion? That's all I know about it. (By the way, Windows can make screenshots for you, which is generally better than using a camera. Often this is done using the PrtScrn key, possibly with a modifier, but it depends on your keyboard layout and other software you may be running. The Windows Snipping Tool can also be useful.)
