MikeTO
This must be Windows only as I can't duplicate it on macOS, even if I set the language to German. Ron P.
I don't think it's a Windows thing. I've tried it and can not replicate this behavior. @Schousda, have you tried doing a Control Run-Up ? Press and Hold the Control key while launching the app. The Clear User Data dialog will open Uncheck everything except the Reset Text Styles Click on Clear AP will continue to launch with the Text Styles Data Reset. You might also try resetting Font Replacements Quote Affinity Photo 2.4..; Affinity Designer 2.4..; Affinity Publisher 2.4..; Affinity2 Beta versions. Don't have a German keyboard, so no for that. Set the UI to German, No, why would I? I realize the OP is German or at least uses that language, but my testing was to see if it was more universal, or elimination of English (USA)... walt.farrell 1 Quote Affinity Photo 2.4..; Affinity Designer 2.4..; Affinity Publisher 2.4..; Affinity2 Beta versions. You might also need to set your system locale to English. The locale determines the keyboard interpretation, and things like whether a "." or a "," is used as a decimal separator. My guess: the code is trying to set "2.5 mm" but as you're set for a German locale, it would need to use "2,5 mm", and when it tries to use the "." as a separator it's ignored, and you get 25. This would clearly be a bug, perhaps introduced while trying to fix another error. Schousda
I set the seperator from "," to "." in the computer configuration. But still the problem exists. Even after a restart of Affinity Designer. walt.farrell
Staff Pauls Posted January 10, 2023 Staff Share Posted January 10, 2023 I can see 1.10.6 is not displaying the correct decimal seperator in that list hence when you pick one its being thrown away. I'll log this bug in the meantime type a comma for the decimal seperator which I suspect is what your system is set to
