Bug found in affinity publisher

From the screenshot there's no way for us to tell if there's even an image in the blank spot. You've selected the one to the right of the blank spot, perhaps select the picture frame where the blank spot is.

One problem that sometimes occur is a picture is dragged within its frame so much that the picture content is entirely cropped off by the frame. Once you've selected the right frame, try scaling the content down and see if it appears. Or better yet, just select the frame and replace the image which will centre it in the frame.
