Hi Graham73,

Can you try this, please:

1. Close down the app
2. Hold Ctrl on the keyboard
3. Launch the app whilst holding Ctrl
4. When a dialog appears, uncheck the settings that are already checked and then manually check the 'Reset Adjustments' option

You might try renaming the Photo2 file then restarting the app to see if that fixes it. For V1, it fixed various problems.

For AP2 the file is located at C:\Users\yourusernamehere\.affinity\Photo  (Pay attention to the affinity in that path. It has a dot (.) before it.

In that folder rename or delete, I generally will just rename the 2.0 folder to OLD_2.0. Then restart AP, it will rebuild that folder. You'll get the prompts like you just installed it, asking you to accept the EULA, and if you want to migrate your data from V1.

Affinity Photo 2.4..; Affinity Designer 2.4..; Affinity Publisher 2.4..; Affinity2 Beta versions. Affinity Photo,Designer 1.10.6.1605 Win10 Home Version:21H2, Build: 19044.1766: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-5820K CPU @ 3.30GHz, 3301 Mhz, 6 Core(s), 12 Logical Processor(s);32GB Ram, Nvidia GTX 3070, 3-Internal HDD (1 Crucial MX5000 1TB, 1-Crucial MX5000 500GB, 1-WD 1 TB), 4 External HDD
