Rick Freeman Posted December 3, 2022 Posted December 3, 2022 I purchased Affinity Photo a number of years ago now using my old now defunct email address - "MODERATED". My main email address is "MODERATED" which I have been using for a few years now. So please update your data base so that my registration is against it, for future correspondence. Thank you for your help regards to this matter. Love your product by the way! It gives great results! Quote
emmrecs01 Posted December 3, 2022 Posted December 3, 2022 @Rick Freeman Welcome to the Affinity forums, a public space where confidential data, like email addresses, should never be posted. Hence, a moderator has removed them from your post. Unfortunately, Serif staff have said repeatedly in the forums that registered account email addresses cannot be changed, sorry! BUT, for users like yourself, you would only ever need to use that "old" address to access your Affinity account or if you needed to reinstall your software and were then asked to activate it. Delighted to be using Affinity Designer, Photo, and now Publisher, version 1 and now version 2. iPad Pro (12.9") (iOS 18.2) running Affinity Photo and Designer version 1 and all three version 2 apps.
walt.farrell Posted December 3, 2022 Posted December 3, 2022 For correspondence purposes, you can change your own email address after you log in to your account at https://affinity.store/account But as emmrecs01 mentioned, the registered email associated with your previous application purchases can't be changed.
