Hi Couya, there have been some other reports of incorrect footnote formatting when importing from MS Word. I believe Word is applying a character style to its footnotes and this may be coming in with some individual character attributes. The best solution is to modify the paragraph and character styles for footnotes after importing to get them the way you want them and then to re-apply them to the footnotes as required. Others have done this with success.
