Ian Dabsgame Posted December 1, 2022 Posted December 1, 2022 I have just installed the Affinity 2 Suite onto my iPad and I am unable to access my (Apple)‘Photos’ library using any of the three new programs. I have been into ‘Privacy & Security’ - clicked on ‘Photos’ and my older version of Affinity Photos is listed under ‘Apps with requested Photo access’ but not Affinity Photo 2 (or Designer or Publisher). I have rebooted iPad and this hasn’t worked. So does anyone know how I force my Affinity Apps to request access to my Apple Photos library Quote
StudioJason Posted December 1, 2022 Posted December 1, 2022 Should be able to go to iPad Settings > Affinity Photo (or others) > select Photos (at top) > select either Selected Photos, All Photos or None. Also, within Settings for APhoto and APublish…can change Paste from other Apps to Allow, so it will not prompt and Ask to Allow pasting from other Apps. Quote
walt.farrell Posted December 1, 2022 Posted December 1, 2022 Within each of the V2 apps, long-press on New on the Home Screen, and choose Import from Photos. Then grant access, and go from there.
