Text Wrap Settings tab order

This is minor but tabbing between fields in Text Wrap Settings on macOS isn't correct:

• If you don't change any values you can tab between all four fields correctly
• If you change a value then pressing tab causes the cursor to disappear and the next tab takes you back to the first field - it doesn't tab in sequence after a value is changed

There is a problem with tabbing between fields in many panels in all three applications. Plus the unbelievable inability to use the Enter/Return key to accept the input and get out of the field (remove its focus) or use the escape key to cancel the input and get out of the field (remove its focus). I have been complaining about this for maybe a year or more.
