When I place a Affinity Publisher document a part of image is cropped off

I want to place the pages of the "paints blocks V03" in the "Paint Lade A3 v04". A part of the pages is cropped off (except the first one).

 

This doesnot happen when I first export the "paints blocks V03" to PDF and then place:

 

Paints Blocks v03.afpub Paint Lade A3 v4.afpub

I'm seeing the same thing with your document and I've attached a much simpler test document for others to test with.

If you zoom out or scale the picture frame smaller the issue doesn't occur. It doesn't matter whether it's in a frame or not although if it's unframed the issue occurs at all sizes and zooms. It also happens when exported.

I think we've seen other reports of similar bugs so this is probably on Serif's list. There are reports of cropping the upper left in the Export dialog's preview and that's got to be the same issue.

Removing the Bleed from the .afpub file in the picture frame seems to cure it
