Refusing to Print stuck processing file

Good afternoon/evening all,

I am trying to print a 4 page document, all A4 sheet one side in colour on a new Canon TR8600. I have installed and printed the test page from the print dialogue box and it is fine. Reaction time as expected.

When trying to print from Publisher the printer wakes and in some cases prints the first sector of page 4 and then that is it, no further life for hours. I tried saving the Doc as a PDf to print that and the same issue occurs. 

 

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Have you tried printing from another programme to make sure it's not the printer driver?

I have tried printing the PDF direct from PDF viewer and the same thing occurs.

Hi Komatos,

 

Thanks for the info, it didn't help sadly. I recreated the design and made it very simple and it printed so I guess there must have been some corruption. Thank you.
