Hi, I bought a license for v2 software via apple appstore, but after logging into my affinity account I can't see it and access is denied so I can't use it. Tech support is not responding to my emails. Please solve this problem:(

You bought the V2 licence via an in-app-purchase?

Are you signed into your Affinity account in the App that you made the in-app-purchase?

My understanding is you need to sign into your Affinity account for it feed the purchase back to your account. Even if both your Affinity account and your Apple account use the same email address.

I haven't tried doing an in-app-purchase via a version downloaded from the Apple store, so I can't speak from experience. But I think I read that somewhere.

I suppose the other question is, did you buy a single App licence or the Universal licence?
