hola, he comprado la versión 2 de Affinity y cuando intento instalarla, me aparece un aviso de que mi ordenador no es compatible. Siendo que tengo un windows 10 con INTEL 7

no puedo instalar el affinity photo 2, ya que me aparece un mensaje durante el proceso de instalacion que me dice que no es compatible con el dispositivo, ya que este paqueterequiere una version de sistema operativo 100190410 o posterior en la familia de dispositivos windows. 

Esto es muy extraño, ya que tengo un ordenador con la version de pruba de affinity 1 y tambien he instalado Lightroom Classic y Capture One y no he tenido ningun problema en la instalación.

I can't install affinity photo 2 as I get a message during the installation process that tells me it's not compatible with the device, since this package requires a version of the 100190410 operating system or later in the Windows family of devices. 

This is very strange, since I have a computer with the pruba version of affinity 1 and I have also installed Lightroom Classic and Capture One and have had no problem with the installation.

What are the details of your Windows system? For example, if you Open a Windows Command Prompt and type winver what is the output? 

Also, if you use Start > Settings and then look in System, what do you see in About? Can we get a screenshot of that?
