I'm working with the Affinity Designer V2 trial right now and as I was working on panels for Twitch, I noticed that when I click "scale with object" under layer effects, it instantly unchecks the box for some items but not for others. But if I do the same exact thing over in Affinity Designer V1 it does work every single time for every item I do it on. So what is it in Affinity Designer V2 that's making it instantly uncheck the box?

Is there no one who knows why this feature is bugging out? It doesn't bug out on Affinity designer v1 but it does on v2. "Our response time is longer than usual currently". How much longer than usual?

I just now went to grab some screenshots of it working in AD v1 and not working in v2. While doing so I managed to get scale with object to work in v2. Its definitely a bug though cause in order to get it to allow me to check scale with object without the check instantly disappearing, I had to check and then uncheck gaussian blur. And this problem can easily be recreated to see what I'm talking about. Just go into Affinity designer v1, create a new document and fill it with a rectangle. Go to layer effects and it  lets you click "scale with object". Now go into Affinity Designer v2, create a new document and fill it with a rectangle. Once you go into layer effects and click "scale with object" it instantly unchecks the box. However if you check gaussian blur and uncheck it, then try to click "scale with object" again, it will now let you check it.

I see that too, except it only happens if no effect initially is applied after opening the document & filling it with a rectangle. Once I select any effect & set any of its parameters, then scale with object stays checked.

So I think it is a bug, but one with an easy workaround.

EDIT: I also noticed that if I try to go back in the History panel to just before I applied the effect, AD 2 on my Mac instantly & repeatably crashes.
