"Payment method rejected" error, but payment already done twice

I have just tried to purchase Affinity Photo 2. However, when I was making the payment, Affinity showed a pop-up saying "Payment method rejected". I tried a 2nd time (because I thought there was a problem), but I received the same message. 
 
Immediately, I contacted my bank and they confirmed me TWO purchases for a total of 97.98 euros.
 
I have no licenses nor downloads of Affinity Photo 2 in my account.
 
Just contacted Seriff by email. 
 
Be careful if you receive this error message, don´t try to purchase a 2nd time, maybe you pay twice and get nothing.

If the purchase did not actually complete properly your money will NOT be taken from your bank account.  Your bank records the purchases as debits to your account but, because the "Payment method rejected" Serif will not receive any payment and eventually, your bank will remove them from your account and credit the total amount back to you.

Here's a link to an article on our forum covering failed payments.   Can I also suggest making sure you have cookies enabled for our site and that your browser is up to date, or trying again with a different browser.  If you still need help with this issue please email affinityorders@serif.com
