BillR
Since there were some here experiencing problems running Mac Ventura and Affinity I wanted to give an update on my findings. Last week I did a "fresh install" of Ventura and installed a fresh copy of Affinity Photo 2 and Affinity Design 2 along with fresh copy of Wnsoft PTE and Capture One 23 and so far all is working great. Could be when just doing an upgrade it causes problems. Over the years I have found "fresh installs" always had better results than "upgrading" the operating system. One frustrating problem though was installing the Wacom Intros pro driver because there were 2 security links that had to be addressed instead of one. After several lockups I found turning off all the extra features (which I don't use) on the Wacom Pad it seems to be ok now. I did later find Wacom says with Ventura some of the features may not work. Hope this may be of of help. Note: I am using a MacMini M1 silicone and the older 27" Mac Thunderbolt monitor. Incredible great combination. Bill nickbatz and GaryLearnTech 1
