Ying
Hello, how to round four corners of a placed image on Designer and Photo? as attachment shows. The only way I know is on Publisher but I don't have it with me now... Edited November 26, 2022 by Ying
loukash
Create a rounded rectangle shape and use it either as a vector mask to crop the image, or as a clipping layer by moving the image layer inside the shape layer. Both methods will initally have about the same effect. So it depends on your further intentions which method is the better one in the end. GarryP
An alternative to the method above – in Designer only – is to select the placed image, use Convert To Curves, select all four corners of the shape (or whichever corners you want to make rounded), and then use the Corner Tool. See attached video. 2022-11-26 08-48-08.mp4 rafaelh_us

It's literally a destructive step. GarryP
Noted. (It’s not the option that I would normally choose, it’s just another option.)

If used as the final step in preparing an image for export and use elsewhere, your solution is wonderfully elegant!
