Hanjo
At first I could print once, but a second command failed and I had to save and restart the app, but now it won't print at all anymore!
Hanjo
At first I could print once, but a second command failed and I had to save and restart the app, but now it won't print at all anymore! And even worse, the same thing happened in Affinity Photo 2.
Staff Callum Posted December 9, 2022 Staff Share Posted December 9, 2022 Hi All, I can't seem to recreate this issue at all if possible could you provide a screen recording demonstrating this issue so I can investigate this further? Thanks C Quote Please tag me using @ in your reply so I can be sure to respond ASAP.
Hanjo
@Callum, there are instances where I can print, so it may be a memory problem. It happens both in Affinity Designer and Photo. Sometimes after a bit of work, but in other occasions also immediately after a full restart. I never had the issue in Affinity 1, it started after the upgrade. There is not much to do with a screen recording. The print dialog simply does not show after I press command+p or using the menu. I'm using a 2019 iMac 3 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i5, 8 GB 2667 MHz DDR4 on Ventura (13.0.1).
