FlyingFoxUK Posted November 23, 2022 Posted November 23, 2022 I successfully purchased a V2 licence on 21st November but received no sales receipt email. I am trying to login to my account to download the products (I couldn’t do so at time of purchase on mobile) but can’t remember the password I chose. The Reset Password function says to follow the instructions in the email sent, but that email never arrives either (spam and junk checked). Thus I am stuck with a purchase which I cannot use. Support request to Serif email remains unanswered so far. I have screenshot of the order number if required. Please can a Serif employee help me get into my account? DM as necessary please.
