I cannot edit any of my files in v2.

I am on the free trial because I wanted to try it out before I bought it (I have v1).  I can open files, but they seem to be completely inaccessible.  I don't know what to look for to fix it.  I am completely frustrated and would massively appreciate some help.

I cannot import anything from another document (tried to just start a new one).  I can appreciate how difficult it is to launch, but frustrating existing users doesn't seem to be a great way to launch.

What specifically do you mean by inaccessible?

Not that it will be of any help to you but I could open your document without an issues in APub V2 on my Mac.

If that doesn't help, perhaps show us some screenshots of the complete application window, or record a video, to demonstrate the problem you're having.

That sounds like you're having a computer or OS issue, but I have no idea what to suggest to resolve it.
