Linked Resource Changed - pls add a delay before opening the files

Linked resources and adjustment/filter layers is a great workflow when working with externally rendered images.

There's an annoying "failed to open file" error message which pops up when  the automatic update is on and the files are externally updated. I guess this is linked to the fact AF tries to open the file as it is being written by the external app. If it could wait a couple seconds (configurable in prefs), this error would not need to be cleared before updating the images
