Can't Save my AFphoto on iPad with v2 [SOLVED]

Hi all, spent some time on a project and want to send it back to desktop but there doesn't seem to be a way. I used to be able to use universal control and drag the doc over to my iMac, but that doesn't work (Frustrating!) So I tried opening the doc on the iPad to do a save as  to get it into my files and there's nothing there in the UI to do so! 

Help! What am I missing here?

Glad you fixed this !

@DM1@Alfred, Command S (Save) and Command Shift S (Save as) works when you have an open document IF you have a keyboard attached as well so Command S is a temporary work around until the Save option returns to the Document menu.

However, since it was removed because it was causing errors, it is probably not advisable to use those shortcuts.

@Ash: Perhaps the shortcuts should have been disabled, too?

It's not useless, you just need to return to the Live Docs view to perform a Save. (Or trust the shortcut, if you have a keyboard.)

It’s useless if I want to return the affinity file back to my desktop with reliability. I don't want to do a bunch of work here on my iPad (as I like to do) and then send to my desktop.
Were these issues emailed to us? I didn’t see anything.

I thought it was removed because it wasn't saving every time for some people? I hadn’t experienced any problems or errors using it, but I save local.

I would assume that the keyboard shortcut would simply initiate the new Save action , same as Homescreen save, which now appears to work without issue.

I am assuming that it does whatever the Document menu's Save did, since it's happening within the document

You should have reliability now. The Save and Save As from Live Docs are believed to work correctly.

But if returning from Workscreen to Home Screen is corrupting sandbox file, (as has happened), the Save function becomes moot.🙁
