Adjustment panel problem

I haven't confirmed this by myself since I don't have a iPad right now.
I have received this report from other user.

According to them, the value of the wheel on the Adjustment panel is not adjustable with the Apple Pencil.
And the panel will be gone when they touch it.

e.g. Color Balance Adjustment panel

The panel disappears when touched (supposed to improve view of changes being made) but sliding the pen either left/right or up/down will still adjust the controls even though they can’t be seen. You can also tap the controls and manually enter a number.

I think it’s still a work in progress, hiding the controls is possibly a new ’feature’ but needs more thought (or better yet, removal)😁
