Hi,

It's a big problem  because the inner margin isn't swapped alternatively, and it requires a lot of manual adjustments.

Can we have publisher do this automatically?

When you convert a Facing Pages document to non-Facing Pages, the Master A spread with inner and outer margins is split up into Master A (left) and Master B (right). These are applied to all of your pages.

1. Go to Master A and then click Document Setup. Choose Selected Masters. Click Margins and set your margins. Click OK.
2. Right click page 1 (or any page) in the Pages panel and choose Apply Master from the context menu. Select Master A and apply it to All Pages. Keep Replace Existing selected and click OK.
3. Delete Master B which is no longer used.
