st.guadagno Posted November 21, 2022 Share Posted November 21, 2022 In Publisher 2.0, I set a Recolor layer on a Group using the Photo Persona. Everytime I click on 'Add preset', Publisher crashes. I can reproduce the same behaviour in a Publisher empty document (or in a Photo empy document), doing the same action. It occurs both with hardware acceleration on or off (Nvidia RTX 2060 - driver version 526.98) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Staff NathanC Posted December 5, 2022 Staff Share Posted December 5, 2022 Hi @st.guadagno welcome to the forums, I've not yet been able to replicate this behaviour in Publisher 2's Photo persona or Photo v2 yet, this adds a preset as expected. Could you confirm the below for me? What Windows OS version are you using? Does this happen on empty groups? Does this happen with other adjustments or just the Recolour Adjustment? Have you tried the 'Add Preset' function without the adjustment being clipped to a group? Could you provide me with a crash report after encountering this crash? Many thanks in advance!
