My logo is cut

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I would like to include our logo "Muller Immobilier", but the software always cut down the last letter... Please have a look to the attached printscreen.

In the previous version, I use to select "contenu maximal". However it doesn't work here...

Sincerely

Nicolas Ducarre

Is the missing 'r' by any chance outside the page margin in the master Publisher logo file?

Edit: Never mind about checking the margin, I thought the margin of the master file might cut off the graphic when embedded, but it doesn't. It would be most helpful if you could provide the master Publisher logo file, but you may not want to do that given it's your logo. Maybe taking a screenshot of the master logo file, with the entire logo selected and the Layers Panel visible in the screenshot would help someone identify a potential issue.

Hi @Nico2,

Thanks for your report and our sincerest apologies for the delayed response here. We are exceptionally busy following the release of V2 and we thank you for your continued patience and understanding here.

We're going to need a copy of both the placed and parent .afpub files shown in your screenshot to investigate this further - can you please attach a copy of these files here for me?

if you'd like a private upload link for these files, please let me know :)
