Thetax Posted November 21, 2022 Share Posted November 21, 2022 Upon attempting to export a project as a default PNG through the export persona in Affinity Designer V2, the program will just close sometimes showing the progress bar, sometimes not without exporting the image, nor with any crash report. And when I go to reopen the desktop application, it does not open, and I get a popup with this: "You’ll need to go to advanced options for Affinity Designer 2 and select Repair. If you’re still having issues with it, reinstall this app or contact your administrator." I've managed to reopen it by either reinstalling it or resetting the app, but this issue is consistent regardless of the actual project. Is the problem repeatable with the same file or is it intermittent? Are you able to share a test file? Although, if your curious, I am using windows and the error was intermittent. As it no longer occurs, I cannot share a test file.
