AndreaF
In AP 1 sometimes the program closed at trying opening *heic files, but most of the time it works. Now, in AP 2 I can't open (or place) it at the moment.
Pyanepsion
Hello, @AndreaF, 😉Perhaps you should provide an authorised image that opened in version 1, but no longer opens in version 2 so that everyone can test the thing. OldBeardyGamer
I'm also getting the same issue with v2. I've attached a sample file that doesn't work. Affinity Photo says it's not a supported file type. It was taken with the default iOS camera app running the latest OS. DonSargento
I just received some HEIC files from a client, so I can be sure that all the images were taken with the same device. Some of the files could not be opened with Affinity Photo V2.0.0 ( "The file type is not supported" ) but I was able to open all of them with Affinity Photo V1.10.5.1342 I'm sending you one of the problematic files. 4DCC8C2C-1CD7-4203-BEB7-A2ABE266CA5F_1_201_a.heic
Ron P.
I can confirm that Photo V2 will not open them, but they can be opened in Photo V1. SpectreGadget
I have seen this as well. I've attached the picture that I took with my iPhone 14 Pro that does not work in v2, but does work in v1. Just realized this was a bugs in windows version, so remove if you'd like. cyberlizard
i'm wondering if it is a Mac vs Windows issue as both the Babycham bottle and the men's 'ties' opened for me without any problem.
