JariH Posted November 19, 2022 Posted November 19, 2022 macOS Version 12.6.1 Affinity Designer V 2.0.0 Wacom Intuos Pro - Driver Version: 6.4.0-6 I use a Wacom pen. Right-click is set to Control + press. I was struggling to make the Appearance menu working. No wonder. The right-click works only with a mouse. Quote
walt.farrell Posted November 19, 2022 Posted November 19, 2022 I'm not sure of the capabilities of Wacom on Mac, but when you set the shortcuts (such as right-click), are they specific to an application? If so, don't forget that Designer 2 is a different application with a different name. JariH Posted November 19, 2022 Author Posted November 19, 2022 Right-click with Control + press works in Affinity, but not in Appearance menu. Wacom setting is a system wide setting and works in every app. You can customise app specific commands, but I think this is a bug. Cheers walt.farrell 1 Quote
Old Bruce Posted November 19, 2022 Posted November 19, 2022 My Wacom is set to Right click for the lower button on the pen, this is the default. I get the context menu everywhere there is one. In the Appearance panel I only see Duplicate or Delete when I Right Click on the stroke or fill but there is nothing else that I can see. I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.
Dan C Posted December 2, 2022 Posted December 2, 2022 Hi @JariH, Thanks for your report and our sincerest apologies for the delayed response here. We are exceptionally busy following the release of V2 and we thank you for your continued patience and understanding here. I can confirm that I've been able to replicate this behaviour here, it appears not related to a Wacom pen directly, as the CTRL + left click modifier to open context menus is working in the Layers Studio, but not in the Appearance Studio for me - so I'm getting this logged as a bug with our developers now. I hope this helps Quote
