I have an interesting situation with the picture frame. I placed in the frame a long PDF. The first page show the beginning and the second page I want to show the end of this PDF. But I can't set the second page right, because the PDF come out from the frame and jump in the first page.

I made a video to show this and attached the afpub file.

This is by design. Your PDF is not actually placed inside the picture frame. Once you place it properly, you will see a arrow when you hover over the picture frame, and you can move the PDF wherever you want inside the picture frame, without jumping to another page.

What I doing wrong?

In your video it looks like you're trying to drag/drop the PDF files? Try File > Place instead. Select the file, and then click on the Picture Frame you want it to be in.

Sorry Walt, but on iPad don't have file menu.
On the video I try to repositioning this long PDF file, but that came out from the frame.

Sorry; it's the Document menu on iPad. Missed that we were in the iPad forum.

To me actually…it seems to be placing correctly…as the PDF seems to be a long Vertical image, not separate pages…simply like a jpeg but PDF format.

Even in the Layers Panel of your file…while it is indeed a PDF, it is one image basically.

If it is separate pages…then selecting Add All will give the option of Auto-Flow…to place each page (or image) selecting the order of placement.

Otherwise it is just rescaling/resizing an image in the Frame…which is this case again seems just a narrow vertical image style PDF.

‘Similar can happen to a PDF of several pages…if you don’t opt to Include all pages…only first will place and be displayed/visible.
