Realm_SGG Posted November 19, 2022 Share Posted November 19, 2022 Hi, I bought one of the official brush packs some time ago and on AP 1 it worked completely fine, but on AP 2 it's impossible to open without the app instantly crashing. I've not been able to isolate anything that can cause it, it happens regardless of what document I am working on. I've also tried to add the same brush pack by importing it again, but this does not resolve the issue. (Product name is DAUB@ W&W (specifically the Bristles subcategory)). (Desktop specs: 7 3700X, 3080 10GB, 32GB 3000MHz, running OS and app on M.2 SSD) I've added some crash reports, please let me know if you need anything else, I'd greatly appreciate some insight on why this is happening, I really need those brushes. PS: Is it at all related that WindowsApps folder and my local user folder has lost its data after the new install?
