walt.farrell Posted November 19, 2022 Posted November 19, 2022 I'm curious what this setting in Preferences/Tools really does. In V2 it's called Enable View Tool for Accessibility. (In V1 it says "hand tool" not "view tool".) The Publisher 2 on iPad Help for it says: Quote Enable View Tool for Accessibility—When enabled, allows the user to turn on a View Tool as an alternative to using two fingers to navigate the canvas. I don't see any difference in how the app functions with it set on, or off. The View Tool is always usable, and when selected always lets me move around the canvas with 1 finger. walt.farrell Posted November 20, 2022 Author Posted November 20, 2022 But today, I noticed that in Designer, that Preference does control whether the View Tool is present or not. Staff NathanC Posted February 10, 2023 Staff Posted February 10, 2023 Hey @walt.farrell, Apologies for coming back so late, This setting should control whether or not the view tool is active on the tools panel, it looks like it was broken in 2.0.0 and would show no matter what this was set to, as of 2.0.3 this was fixed so the toggle should work now. walt.farrell 1 Quote
