Photo app opens fine, load a .dng, click develop, add a live filter, wait a few seconds, Affinity Photo closes/crashes.
Ron P.
Welcome to the forums Without more details, replicating the crash is not happening. Where did the DNG file originate? Camera make/model. Could you attach a DNG file that is causing the crash? Is it a specific live filter, and if so which one? Please attach a crash report to your next post here. saraartist
On another forum someone suggested to uncheck "Enable OpenCL" and it helped me with crashing but there are still some bugs and slowness. "Edit->Preferences->Performance. There is a check box at the bottom to see if OpenCL is enabled. And it tells you what graphics card you have. Try unchecking Enable OpenCL." Staff Chris B Posted November 20, 2022 Staff Share Posted November 20, 2022 Does the crash occur just developing the dng or do you definitely have to add a live filter? Does it happen on a destructive filter? saraartist 1 Quote How to format a bug report | Learning Resources | List of V2 FAQs | YouTube Tutorials
walt.farrell
Might also be interesting to know whether the Development was to an embedded/linked RAW layer, or to a Pixel layer.
