Affinity Photo 1.10 5 MacOs registration?

Recommended Posts

Hi!

I have loaded down Affinity Photo 1.10 5 on my macmini. I use High Sierra.

In order to use it I have paid for Photo 2 today. I can not use Photo 2. I want to

register Photo 1.10 5. Where can I get the registration code?.

Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums.

You only get a Product Key for V1 of the Affinity apps if you purchase V1 from the Affinity Store. Purchasing V2 does not entitle you to use V1.

Have you purchased V1 previously, perhaps from the Mac App Store? If so, you need to download it from the Mac App Store, rather than directly from Serif. In the Mac App Store it should show as a purchased app in your Account. That version won't require a Product Key, as it is validated by Apple using your Mac App Store account

Do I have to buy a new computer in order to use the v2 version I paid for but it dont work on High Sierra.

Please let me pay for the key so I can use the v1 version.

Once Serif released version 2, they stopped selling version 1 and removed them from their website.

I suggest you seek a refund, unless you were really planning or desiring to buy a new computer anyway :)

But I'm curious: did you really just start with V2? If you owned V1 before, you can continue using it.
