I have been using Affinity for a long time without complications. Now I bought and paid for their three apps Affinity 2 from Apple yesterday. Unfortunately the start of these apps is blocked. Please give me the quickest answer as to why this is so.

What OS do you use?

How are you trying to start the apps, and what happens when you try? ("Blocked" could mean different things, so some details would help.)

sorry I was ill, now my late answer: I use an iMac Ventura 13.0.1 and I bought the complete Affinity License in Apple App Store in 15. November. When I start the Version 2 it says, that I don't have a License, and the older License and ID of Version 1 doesn't run. I don't know how I create a new ID to start V2.
