Change the orientation of the golden spiral crop overlay through rotate, flip horizontal, and flip vertical controls

The choice of the golden spiral crop overlay causes a compositional aid in the form of a spiral pattern to be displayed within the crop tool boundaries. Out of four symmetries that are possible, only one is provided for. The tool would be so much more useful if the other three symetrical orientations were selectable. Moreover, once the the appropriate symetry is selected, it would be useful to rotate the pattern within the crop tool boundary. Though not the only way to do it, the standard Arrange Menu tools for flip horizontal, flip vertical, and rotate would work nicely to control the symmetry and rotational aspects of the golden spiral pattern. But however it is done, the golden spiral would be so much more useful with this added functionality.
