Problems with windows hiding and minimizing and maximizing

I downloaded the trial version at first it worked fine but I had to format my Mac due to update problems install the app again but now when I minimize the app in the doc then I want to maximize it from there the windows don't appear, I have to click right and see the open windows to return to the application

Hi Marlon and welcome to the forum.

Unfortunately, you've encountered a known issue with v2. If you minimize an Affinity 2 window you need to click the minimized window icon or right click the app's dock icon. You can't typically just click the dock icon.

Affinity 2.1 for macOS Ventura 13.4, MacBook Pro 14" (M1 Pro)
