Image Movement with Horizontal & Vertical Sliders

In Designer v2 there is a strange behavior with the use of the horizontal and vertical sliders. When moving the bottom horizontal slider the image jumps up to the top of the window. Likewise, when moving the right side vertical slider the image jumps to the far left of the window. This is very irritating and disorienting and all the more when zoomed into the image.

I'm struggling to replicate this on Windows 11. 

Can you give me your exact workflow, just to make sure i'm not missing a step.

Many thanks for your efforts. I have been trying as well. The issue was intermittent.
