Phelibre Posted November 16, 2022 Posted November 16, 2022 Hello, My Affinity v1 suite no longer puts thumbnails on icons! I only have the logo! I checked it is checked in the preferences. However, the preview works fine... Can you help me ? Cordially, Quote
walt.farrell Posted November 16, 2022 Posted November 16, 2022 Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums. If you are truly using V1, then nothing has changed unless you just recently updated to 1.10.5 from some earlier release. So something else must be going on. Where are the files located? For example, if they are in a directory managed by OneDrive, there are known issues with thumbnails for Affinity files that OneDrive causes. As far as I know, this is not an Affinity issue. There are other cloud providers that may cause problems, too. Some, for example, have an option to save space on your local drive by keeping just a tiny "stub" of the file there, and keeping the actual file only on the cloud servers, When that happens, the thumbnails may not be shown.
