Pixel Selection to Vector outline

Hello,

I am new to the community and new to AD2 I am evaluating (day 2).

I need just a quick confirmation that in case I want to transform whatever selection I have in pixel persona to a vector outline (so that the marching ants become an editable with node tool vector line), there's no tool or shortcut to do that transformation apart from exporting, using an external third party tool and inporting again.

I've read so in older AD1 posts and I wanted to be sure it's still like that in AD2.

It's not a criticism but a check as there are a ton of functions and I'm still learning.

I can confirm that you cannot convert a pixel selection to a vector in V2.

You can transform a pixel selection in various ways but you can’t convert it to something else.
